ABOUT ME

Hello! I am a speaker, minister, and author, but most importantly I am a follower of Jesus. I am married to my handsome Army husband who is my very best friend and we have one beautiful son together.  I am a graduate of Northern Seminary (M.Div, Kern Scholar) and currently work full-time serving in the local church. I love peanut butter, listening to my son laugh, and laughing way too hard at my own jokes (I guess I think I'm pretty funny).

The journey of my life has shaped me into the speaker I am today. The Lord is and has used my pain to encourage others in His love.  In my lifetime, Jesus has walked with me through open-heart surgery as a child, and in my mid-twenties, my life began to unravel and for the next few years, I would experience infertility, a miscarriage, 3 pacemaker surgeries, adrenal insufficiency, and deep spiritual warfare.  Now, I'm walking through life as a military spouse, as a mom to a beautiful boy with severe autism.

I'd never felt pain so deep and continual before, it was like I was in a game of dominos where I just kept getting knocked down by struggle and pain.  Yet, as I've done the hard work of wrestling this out with God by clinging to Jesus and confessing His Word my heart has grown closer to His love, peace, and strength. My desire is to help other women find hope, healing, and renewed strength in Jesus too.
